MAV AI VENTURES offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on purchases of the T.R.A.N.S.L.A.T.E.™ Starter Toolkit, Accelerator and VIP programs.

The guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You do not need to justify a change of mind. If a technical fault prevented you from accessing what you paid for, tell us and we will refund you regardless of when it happened.

How to request a refund

• Our payments and billing are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Request a refund at paddle.net using the email address on your receipt.
• Or email us at nyodiero20@gmail.com with your order details and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle typically processes refunds within a few business days; your bank or card issuer may take several additional days to show the credit. Once a refund is issued, access to the paid assessment, agents and reports ends.

Coaching sessions

For the Accelerator and VIP coaching programs, you can reschedule sessions with reasonable notice. If you decide the program is not right for you, the same 30-day guarantee applies from your order date.

Paddle's own refund policy also applies to every order.
