Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the websites, digital products, reports, AI agents and coaching programs operated under The T.R.A.N.S.L.A.T.E.™ Advantage After Layoff. When you buy or use these services you are entering into an agreement with MAV AI VENTURES (trading as MAV AI Ventures, "we", "us", "our").

1. Acceptance

By accessing the site, purchasing a package or continuing to use the assessment and AI agents, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. You confirm you are of legal age and, where you are buying on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.

2. What we provide

• Starter Toolkit — a done-with-you Reinvention Report session and the supporting toolkit materials.
• Accelerator — an eight-week done-with-you coaching program.
• VIP — group coaching for companies, for a maximum of five people.
• Access to the nine T.R.A.N.S.L.A.T.E.™ AI agents, the assessment workspace and downloadable reports.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and its materials for your own career or organisational purposes within the plan you purchased.

3. Payment, billing and Paddle as Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, currency, applicable taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled under Paddle's Buyer Terms. Prices are shown at checkout before you confirm the purchase. Our own refund commitment is set out in our Refund Policy.

4. Your account

Access to the assessment requires an account created with the email used at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential, for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate information and keeping it up to date. Accounts are for a single named person unless you purchased the VIP group package.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud, spam or harassment.
• No infringement of intellectual property or the rights of others.
• No interference with the security of the service: malware, probing, scraping or bypassing access controls.
• No reverse engineering, resale, redistribution or sharing of paid materials or account credentials.

6. AI-generated content

The assessment uses AI agents to generate positioning ideas, role suggestions, offer designs and job leads. You are responsible for your inputs, for how you use the outputs, and for verifying accuracy before relying on them. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not a substitute for regulated legal, financial, tax, medical or immigration advice. You must have the rights to any content you upload (for example a CV or bio), and you must not submit illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech or attempts to jailbreak the models.

You keep ownership of the content you submit and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to deliver the service. We may remove or restrict content, filter or refuse outputs, and suspend accounts to enforce these terms. Rights holders can raise a takedown request via the contact address below; repeat infringement leads to termination.

7. Intellectual property

MAV AI VENTURES retains ownership of the service, the T.R.A.N.S.L.A.T.E.™ framework, the agent prompts, the software, documentation and branding. Reports generated for you may be used for your own career or business purposes but not resold or published as a competing product.

8. Service level

We work to keep the service available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change as the product evolves. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment or chargeback, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination you may request an export of your assessment data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

10. Liability

Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use, or your breach of these terms.

11. General

You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MAV AI VENTURES is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
